John Tague Karate Bio

John Tague is a 1st Degree Shotokan Karate-do Black Belt with an expertise in teaching children. John received his Black Belt from 7th Dan Black Belt Shotokan Master instructor Emil Farkas, Sensei in Beverly Hills, California and continues to study with him today.

John also received advanced training at the world famous Tiger Schulmann’s Karate in New York City.

John’s classes cover the basic fundamental and practical applications of Shotokan Karate-do, the fighting system originated in Okinawa by founder Gichin Funakoshi. John Tague has been teaching Shotokan Karate for 5 years.

John also specializes in teaching Karate to children with special needs and disabilities. His classes are energetic, fun and informative. John is also a skilled actor and musician who incorporates his love of the arts into his teaching.
